Research Mission
SRLHD research does not exist to produce academic papers read only by academics. Our research mission is applied: to generate evidence that improves how we teach reasoning, how we develop leaders, and how we support human flourishing at scale.
We publish in accessible formats for policymakers, practitioners, educators, and the public — as well as in peer-reviewed journals for the academic community.
Every research question connects to a real-world challenge in education, governance, or human development.
We publish in plain language alongside academic outputs. Knowledge belongs to everyone.
Our curriculum is continuously updated in response to what the evidence says works.
SRLHD research is conducted without commercial bias. Our findings are reported truthfully regardless of outcome.

The Centre for Reasoning Research investigates how humans reason, where reasoning fails, and how education can systematically improve reasoning capacity at individual and population level.
