Corporate Membership

No memberships have been sold yet. Here is what we are building and why.

SRLHD launched in 2026. Corporate membership is an intended offering — the structure is designed, the intent is genuine, and the pricing is being set through real conversations, not invented in advance. If your organisation is interested in being a founding corporate member, that conversation is worth having now.

The Case for Membership

Why organisations choose membership

Structured development at scale

Rather than per-cohort pricing, membership gives your people access to SRLHD programmes at a cost structure that rewards long-term commitment. The economics improve as you grow.

A signal to your people

SRLHD membership tells your employees that you invest in their reasoning, their leadership, and their full human development — not just their technical skills.

Research and insight access

As SRLHD produces research, members will receive it before public release. In the founding phase, members receive direct access to our thinking as it develops.

Influence over what gets built

Early corporate members have an unusual opportunity: your challenges and contexts will shape what we build next. That influence has real value.

Intended Membership Structure

Three intended tiers

Prices are being set through real conversations. These tiers are not yet available for purchase.

Associate

Smaller organisations or teams testing SRLHD before deeper commitment

Access and community. A defined number of individual enrolments per year, plus access to SRLHD content and events.

Partner

Mid-size organisations with active L&D functions

Depth and development. More enrolment seats, bespoke workshops, and closer research access. Named in SRLHD communications.

Strategic Partner

Large organisations, universities, and national training providers

Integration and influence. Unlimited enrolments, input into curriculum development, joint research opportunities, and premier institutional relationship.

Founding Corporate Members

Be the first.
Help shape what this becomes.

We have no corporate members yet. That is a genuine opportunity for the right organisation. Founding members will help define what corporate membership looks like — the benefits, the pricing, the relationship. That influence is real and we are not pretending it is not valuable.
